Diastasis Recti Research Study

Physiotherapist, Diane Lee and Personal Trainer, Sue Dumais have just completed the first phase of this study. If you are interested in learning how you can repair your diastasis recti (abdominal separation) contact us to book a consult with Sue Dumais. Postpartum Health Assessment
Discover how postpartum changes in your posture, pelvis and low back affect how you function in every day life. Learn how to stabilize your body and reduce the risk of future low back and pelvic pain, as well as prevent problems such as uterine prolapse and bladder dysfunction. Learn the current research for treating diastasis recti. Through an individual deep core assessment Sue will help you identify "your cheaters" and provide specific exercises for your body that will improve how you move and function.
