Registration, Refund & Privacy Policy
Classes
Payment for the full class session is required in order to secure your spot. Our sessions generally run
5-6
weeks in duration.
Drop in is available for your first class only, space permitting. Call ahead to ensure space and to pre-pay. In order to
continue participating in the class you will be required to register for the remainder of the session. We
will pro-rate
the fee if you are joining a class after the session has already begun.
We run our classes based on the number of participants registered. We offer small classes to provide
individual attention. Classes will be cancelled if we don't have minimum registration 48 hours before
the start date of the session. If you are planning on registering for a program, please avoid
disappointment by registering early. A full refund will be issued for cancelled classes.
If you cancel your registration more than 7 days prior to the date of the first class of the session a
refund will be issued, less a $20 administrative fee. If you wish to cancel less than 7 days prior to the
date there is no refund or credit. There is no credit or refund issued for missed classes.
Workshops and Courses
You will receive confirmation of registration by email, or phone, prior to your workshop or course.
Many of our workshops and courses require minimum attendance, should yours be cancelled you will
be notified and issued a full refund.
If you cancel your registration more than 7 days prior to the date of the course a refund will be issued,

refund or credit.
There are no refunds for noshows
or partially used registrations.
