- Restoring Form & Function after Pregnancy

This workshop was developed by physiotherapists Diane Lee and Linda Joy-Lee. Learn effective assessment tools and exercises to help your clients reduce the risk of low back and pelvic pain, as well as prevent pelvic floor issues such as uterine prolapse and incontinence. Sue will also share the most current research for treating/preventing diastasis recti (abdominal separation) as well as new insight on the connection between the Psoas muscle and core stabililty.
